1. Return Period: You can return your item within 14 days of receipt.

2. Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was when shipped: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

3. Return Shipping Fee: If returning by mail, a flat rate of $20.00 for return shipping will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. In-Store Returns: Alternatively, you can return the item in-store at no additional cost.

5. No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

6. Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

7. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, less any applicable return shipping fees for mail returns.

8. How to Return: For mail returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. For in-store returns, simply bring the item to our store with your proof of purchase.
