Lisa Little is a distinguished leader in the pawn industry and the CEO of Fieldstone Jewelry & Pawn, a woman-owned business in Conyers, Georgia. With a career spanning over three decades, Lisa has been a driving force in the industry, known for her innovative approach and commitment to her community.

In 2018, Lisa became the first woman in the nation to earn the Certified Pawn Professional® designation. Her leadership earned her the coveted Outstanding Pawn Image Award from the National Pawnbrokers Association. As a National Pawnbrokers Association Board Member and President of the Georgia Pawnbrokers Association, she actively advocates for the industry and supports fellow pawnbrokers and the communities they serve.

Lisa's commitment extends beyond her business. Fieldstone Jewelry & Pawn maintains a "Take What You Need, Leave What You Can" Community Blessing Box, reflecting her dedication to supporting those in need. Additionally, the business organizes a Winter Coat Drive, further demonstrating their commitment to the community and those less fortunate.

Outside of her professional commitments, Lisa is involved in educational and religious activities in her community, teaching Bible classes, and coordinating youth education at her church. Her personal interests are diverse, including genealogy, the works of Agatha Christie and Jane Austen, and a love for Disney.
